    I am a designer and educator whose practice explores memory, systems, sound, image and critical forms of communication. Working across graphic design, audiovisual media, photography and research-led practice, my work examines how space and composition inform contemporary experience.

   I am the Course leader of the BA (Hons) Graphic and Media Design course at the University of the Arts, London College of Communication. In previous roles, I was the course leader of the MA, Pg Dip and Cert Design for Visual Communication at the University of the Arts, London College of Communication.  

    Both in my design work and in my teaching, I emphasise the importance of understanding the subject and context to provoke ideas and to critically engage with the world around us.

Before moving into higher education, I spent over ten years working in professional design studios, developing projects across branding, communication design and information design. This experience continues to inform my teaching and research, grounding academic practice in the realities of contemporary design production and collaboration.
