I am the Course leader of the BA (Hons) Graphic and Media Design course at the University of the Arts, London College of Communication.
In previous roles, I was the course leader of the MA, Pg Dip and Cert Design for Visual Communication at the University of the Arts, London College of Communication.
My practice spans graphic and object design, material research, sculpture and audio-visual installations, creating site-specific works that connect with contemporary culture and the environment and everyday life.
Both in my design work and teaching, I emphasise the importance of understanding subject and context to provoke ideas and critically engage with the world around us.
Before moving into higher education, I spent over ten years working in professional design studios, developing projects across branding, communication design and information design. This experience continues to inform my teaching and research, grounding academic practice in the realities of contemporary design production and collaboration.
