This project explores the diminishing presence of Jökull through a series of line-based visual elements that trace its retreat over time.
The lines map the shifting edge of the glacier as it recedes, while also acting as a metaphor for the fragile threshold between the endurance of natural systems and the accelerating impact of human activity. The work is conceived as a site-specific piece, responding directly to the landscape and environmental conditions of the glacier.
